What A2GROUP is, and why it matters who serves you

A2GROUP LLC has twelve of its own apps published on the App Store. They are real products with real users, subject to Apple review, to Google Play rules and to Amazon rules. Each one has pricing, subscriptions, support and updates. None of that can be improvised inside a sales deck.

The difference shows the day something goes wrong. An agency delivers and invoices. A studio that ships its own work has already been rejected by a store, has already watched a data provider go down on a Monday morning, and has already handled the user asking for a refund at three in the morning. When those things show up in your project, they are not a surprise to us, and above all they are not an extra invoice. They are already in the plan from day one, because we know they are coming.

What changes when your vendor also manufactures

A studio that maintains its own products accumulates decisions a client project inherits for free. These are not textbook ideas: they are things we have already broken and fixed with users watching, which is why we treat them as known ground instead of discovering them halfway through a project.

• We know what each store demands before the first line is written, because we ship new versions every week. That carries straight into software development.
• We can tell an AI demo apart from a system that survives paying users. It is the foundation of our AI automation work.
• When we assess a technical candidate we know what to ask, because the people interviewing are the people building. That is how our IT recruiting works.
• We talk about maintenance from experience, not from promises: every app in the studio carries years of updates behind it.

How we work with you

Our working languages are Spanish and English, and teams are organized in the client's time zone. We operate across Spain, Andorra, LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile and Peru) and the United States, with dedicated pages for hiring in Spain, AI automation in Andorra, development in LATAM, IT recruiting in the United States and development in Peru.

On the recruiting side, the first screened candidates arrive in about five business days. If someone we place does not fit, we replace them within the first ninety days. Those are commitments, not optimistic estimates, and they are written down because we have to meet them. Development works the same way: we would rather say six weeks and deliver in six than promise three and ask for an extension twice.
